Loved this morning's creation!
Overnight oats (1 tsp chia + 1 tbsp oats + 1/2 cup water)
In the morning I used my hand blender to blend in 1/2 scoop SunWarrior Protein Powder.
I then grated 1/4 of an apple, and sprinkled with coconut flakes and cinnamon. It was like fresh apple sauce over my smoothie!
It. Was. Wonderful.
Coffee and an orange for vitamin C boost, and off to school I go!
