Manic Monday morning oats

Good morning y'all! :) Another morning protein boost today! I discovered we had pomegranate that was begging to be eaten this morning! And so it adorned my morning bowl of protein oats:

Stir together 1/4 c. Instant oats, 1t. Chia seeds, and 1 t. protein powder in 1/2 c. hot water.
Mix in 1T. Cottage cheese (read the label to make sure it's organic but most importantly, all natural, as I've seen some with a list of ingredients longer than you can imagine!) and a dash of salt and cinnamon.
Top with fruit of choice, sit down, and enjoy! :)
