I was in the deepest sleep last night... I didn't even hear my alarm going of at all... But apparently my entire family did... At 5:30am :-/
I didn't have time to put together my breakfast last night, so I threw every single cereal into my bowl, topped with banana slices, cinnamon and PB2.
Since I would be running around all morning at the hospital, I needed something more to keep my energy up.
Pita bread with almond butter and more banana! That should do it! ...and two cups of coffee :)
Hope your day is going well! I just finished my clinical off-site and will be meeting up with my best friend N for lunch!
