My favorite would have to be her mushroom soup, immediately followed by her borscht!
Today's lunch was perfect.
First course: Mushroom soup.
Second course: Salad with roasted sweet potato (I recently learned that if you slice the sweet potatot in 1/4" thick slices, it takes just 20 min in the oven!)
Third course: My favorite fruity tea - Teavana's "Weight To Go".
Do you have any sweet potato recipes to share? It's my new healthy foodie obsession.
