My afternoon seemed to be all black & white, and entirely unintentional!
Lots of b&w text, the darkness of the night behind my white window and very white desk...
And so was this yummy afternoon snack - organic (&local!) cottage cheese with raisins, coconut flakes and chia seeds, wasa bread, laughing cow wedge, and coffee of course!
I was starting to feel stuffy again, so I opened up my window to quickly realize that it was a lot colder outside than I expected!
Mittens to the rescue! :) I love these mittens - got them in Peru when I was volunteering there one summer. Notice the hole made specifically for the thumb. It's genius!
Keeping up with the exam week tradition, my stomach started acting up again, and only one thing could help... The Wednesday-night-before-Friday-exam classic - a bowl of pasta with shredded Manchego. Soothes my tummy every time!
... It was classy until I decided to add ketchup to it...
