It's day 7 of my banana riping journey, and only one, yes one, is actually yellow
But I couldn't wait any longer. Whipped banana oatmeal had to be made:
I added a spoonful of cottage cheese (a la Kath) and topped with Nature's Path Pumpkin Flax Granola, a few raisins, and coconut flakes.
Together at last!
For a snack later, I'm taking this little guy with me to school:
It makes me feel so good eating it because it's a bar that will make a difference.
