All-nighter
My oats stayed up all night, but I gave in at 3am... So behind and so little time left! Ah!
Sadly, I realized last night that we were all out of plain ole' oats, so I went for a packet of Quaker's instant apple & cinnamon oats (too sweet for me, so no 'nana will be added in thr morning). Per usual, mixed in 1 tsp chia seeds + 1/2C water, and allowed to stand over night.
Reheated in the morning and topped with Kashi Go Lean Crunch, shredded coconut, and a spoonful if MaraNatha almond butter!
With a cup of coffee in hand, I'm hitting the books!

ReplyDeleteI got it at Costco! This is the only brand I've tried and I love it because it has only one ingredient - roasted almonds! :) No added oils, salt or sugar!
